Tom Di Zinno, Director of Creative Services, and Barbie Thompson, Art Director, get the news - the agency is closing its San Diego office, and their two largest clients, Pacific Southwest Airlines (PSA) and California Fitness, aren't moving their business to the Phoenix operation. "Tom, Barbie, you have until four o'clock to let them know if you are going to keep their business," they were told. And so Di Zinno Thompson came to be.
